![]() ![]() However, these things are rarely that simple, and while there were many reasons we decided to lead with The Lost City, we can now finally reveal that the plan has always been to bring both games to the platform, breathing new life into two distinct special editions that can stand side-by-side on Apple’s subscription service. However, many players were left asking us the obvious question: “So what about Alto’s Adventure?”. The Lost City was met with an incredible response, and has led to some wonderful testimonials and creative fan-art that we regularly share on the Alto instagram account. ![]() Overall, Alto's Adventure is a transporting adventure that will keep players engrossed for days.For those following our progress, you may remember that we also launched a similar special edition of Alto’s Odyssey - the award winning sequel to Alto’s Adventure - back in July of last year. Also, sometimes tricks are completed in previous levels before they count toward an actual objective: For example, you might do a double backflip on level three, but it's not an official goal until level four. For the most part, the controls are accurate, but every once in a while a tap won't register, resulting in a crash. With 180 objectives, it invites extended play. ![]() The more tricks they complete, the more points they'll earn the more levels they conquer, the more cool stuff they can do, including unlocking characters with new abilities and linking tricks together. The game itself presents new challenges to keep players engaged. Even the weather changes, with gorgeous lightning strikes lighting the night sky or a gentle rain falling on the mountain. The snow-capped mountains are beautiful, and the sun sets and rises while Alto or the chosen character rides. Alto's Adventure is an absolutely stunning endless runner. ![]()
